Sofia and Ann

The Moroccan-born Sofia Pernas moved to California when she was just 5 years old and grew up living in Orange County. She graduated in 2015 from University of California San Diego and received her first big break acting. After a brief appearance on NCIS and Leverage Pernas got the part of Marisa Sierras on The Young and the Restless. In 2016, after leaving the soap her actress was offered a role as Catalina on Jane the Virgin. The model who has four languages abilities has starred in the role of Hannah Rivera on The Brave since 2016, The Green Ghost in 2017 and Secret Society of Second Born Royals. Between 2019 and 2020, she was Lexi Vaziri in Blood & Treasure. Us Weekly confirmed in May 2020 that Pernas was with her former The Young and the Restless actor Justin Hartley. The relationship began shortly after Hartley's This Is Us star split with her wife Chrishell Stause November of this year. News came out on May 20, 2021, that Pernas and Hartley recently tied the knot in a secret ceremony.
